 Don BakerDon Baker served on the founding committee of Y.O.U. and became the organization’s first Executive Director in 1972. Don received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston. During his seminary days, Don worked as a youth ministry intern for six United Methodist parishes, an outreach worker for the Evanston Recreation Department, and a chaplain at Lutheran General Hospital. Don has been the pulse of Y.O.U for more than thirty-five years.
