Russ Covode is a member of the Development Committee, and has lived in Evanston for over 15 years; Russ is a senior vice president at Lehman Brothers. He was a board member and mentor for the Evanston "I Have a Dream" Foundation. He was drawn to Y.O.U. because of the impact its programming has had in the community and the spirit and commitment of the Board members.
