Priscilla Florence is the Treasurer of the Y.O.U. Board of Directors as well as a member of the Governance Committee. Priscilla has lived in Evanston for over 15 years, and she is a self-employed Financial Planning Consultant. Priscilla is a long-term YWCA and ESSCA volunteer and a Leadership Evanston Alum. She has also served as a PTA Treasurer.
