Margie Morrison Zivin is a member of the Program and Personnel Committee. She is a licensed clinical social worker who has been practicing psychotherapy since 1976. Previously, Margie was a clinical supervisor of graduate students and staff at the Child Psychiatry Clinic at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Also at the University of Chicago, Margie was co-founder and clinical case coordinator of the Parent-Infant Development Service, an early intervention clinical research project. Other work experience includes three years as a clinical consultant for the City of Chicago Department of Human Services Headstart Programs, evaluating and referring children and consulting with classroom teachers. Margie’s husband, Mark Zivin is a former Y.O.U. board member.
